CJ Haughey Construction were subcontracted by Bowmer & Kirkland to deliver the £750,000 Section 278 works adjacent to Project Sun in Teesport. The works comprised of the construction of a new roundabout on the Port Authority road with reconfiguration of existing live carriageways and the forming of the new bellmouth.
