CJ Haughey Construction has secured the contract to complete the Groundworks package for Carillion including Earthworks, Lime Stabilisation, Substructure Construction and External Works including Surfacing. The new £24m Nottingham University Samworth Academy (NUSA) will be built on the site of the current William Sharp School on Bramhall Rd, Bilborough, Nottingham and forms part of the £208m Building Schools for the future programme awarded to Carillion by Nottingham City Council. The state of the art Academy will cater for 950 children and will open in September 2010.
